Welcome to HowMakeBeesHappy.com! We are a family of beekeeping enthusiasts from Latvia, a small yet beautiful country in Northern Europe, one of the Baltic states. Our passion for bees began unexpectedly about five years ago when a swarm of bees landed on a linden tree near our home. We tried to catch them, but, of course, without experience, we weren’t successful. However, this moment sparked our curiosity and love for bees.
Shortly after, we decided we wanted to become beekeepers. We purchased two beehives and dedicated the next two years to learning the art of beekeeping. We attended professional beekeeping courses, earned certifications, and gradually expanded our apiary. Today, we proudly care for ten beehives, ensuring our bees are healthy, happy, and thriving.
